Science educator Roy Gould and Microsoft’s Curtis Wong give an astonishing sneak preview of Microsoft’s new WorldWide Telescope — a technology that combines feeds from satellites and telescopes all over the world and the heavens, and weaves them together holistically to build a comprehensive view of our universe. (Yes, it’s the technology that made Robert Scoble cry.)

CNN: 5 good reasons for going on hormones

6 Mar 2008 In: Health

I came across this article on CNN about hormone replacement therapy in menopausal women. Although menopause is not an immediate health concern for women of my age, I found this article to be informative, straight forward and well written. There have been countless articles written about hormone replacement therapy, but it can be hard to find a good, reliable source of information.

About

Welcome to sugarpharm. I chose the name sugarpharm to reflect my childhood background growing up on a farm and because I now work as a pharmacist.

This is not a typical fashion, design or health blog. I like to think of it as the "Carla magazine"; a magazine that reflects my interests. This blog is a compilation of cool products that I have stumbled upon, ideas I find captivating, and information that I would like to share with others.

Please let me know if you have any comments, suggestions or if you would just like to say hello. (carla AT sugarpharm dot com)

Cheers,
